In the event of a loss, our customers are provided 24 hour claims reporting and assistance with many of our companies. We are also ready to respond and service our customers locally in any situation. With automatic generator systems and critical information backed up and stored safely off premises, we’re able to process claims when other can’t. We’ve outfitted our agents with global positioning systems to get on-site, despite navigation difficulties caused by disaster and we have two-way communication ability between agents and the office. Our staff are trained in emergency preparedness and we have emergency supplies on hand.
